<p>The Shadow Training program is specifically designed for serious badminton players seeking to enhance their footwork and potentially improve their stamina. This versatile tool can be utilized on-court for individual practice or streamed through speakers for team training, making it a valuable addition to any training regimen.</p>

<p>Participants will receive audio cues directing them to move to various corners of the court, followed by a return to their designated play center. The pace is adjustable, allowing users to concentrate on perfecting their footwork technique. For optimal results, practicing on an actual badminton court with a racket in hand is recommended, though a more compact space can suffice if necessary.</p>

<ul>
    <li>Connect your earphones for an immersive experience.</li>
    <li>Start the program and place your device out of reach.</li>
    <li>Position yourself at the designated play center of the court with your racket ready.</li>
    <li>Listen for directional commands: DROP, SMASH, or CLEAR, which will alternate between your left and right ear.</li>
    <li>Adjust the pace of the training up to 60 shots per minute; opt for a slower tempo to focus on footwork or increase the pace to also engage your stamina.</li>
    <li>Select between 1 to 6 corners to incorporate into your rally practice.</li>
    <li>Set timing alerts for a split-step cue, aiding in your readiness for subsequent shots.</li>
    <li>Define timing for a hit-alert to assist in executing timely returns.</li>
